Does anyone have a recommended computer for use between a FG commuter and a road bike? Garmin 200?
#2156
I do too. Just kidding. Are there any other differences other than the 200 lacking Speed Cadence and Heart Rate monitor? I wonder if I'll ever need those features in the future. Do some hardcore cycling over the summer?

those are the only differences. and the 200 is 2 grams heavier (not counting the cadence monitor or heart rate strap).

The Edge 200 doesn't support any ANT+ devices, including power meters. gotta make sure you can push 50 watts!

If you plan to log indoor miles get a 500 with a sensor.

thanks guys. i scooped it last fall looking pretty haggard off CL but its was a real easy cleanup. different wheels, new bartape/cables and some fenders and its a pretty nice bike.
