Which fixed gear bike? Wyatt Bikes or ToTo Tomcat Bikes?
I am looking to get a fixed gear bike. Both of these bikes are the same price ($350) and are both Chromoly frames. Which is the better bike? Also, just to throw it out there, drop bars vs risers? Let me know what you think.

I cannot say. I've never seen or heard of one. Of the two options, it appears to be the better choice, though.
If you are okay with the aesthetics, this might be a good choice for you:

You can find get them for $367 here: https://villagecycle.com/product/11trek-earl-73874-1.htm
Here is mine with SKS fenders for bad weather days:

Both options you posted come with no-name/never-heard-of low quality parts.
Granted, the Kilo TT also comes with some low quality parts, but the frame and more notably the fork is nicer. The SE premium brew is actually even nicer and better quality, but it comes with a less than appealing paint job (IMO).

The premium brew is one hell of a deal for a starter ssfg - but to be able to ride it in public it would need a new saddle and a complete repaint.
Edit: or I just had a thought, go nuts with white electrical tape to cover up the dopey graphics and then get a white saddle. Boom, instant nice bike.
dbl edit: Like this specimen shows us, the bike (sans rag) is amazing in all white:

Get SE Premium Brew. Go down to the local graffiti artists with the frame stripped of all parts. Tell them to give it hell. Reinstall parts with new Charge saddle. Profit.

but you could buy that, and take a can of paint stripper to it. could look very cool with a naked steel frame and silver components with blue here and there. the whited out example of it posted above looks really nice IMO...
granted, theres only smaller sizes in stock.
well, here it is available in a 56...
