Seriously. Not enough SQRLs. This place is a sausage-fest that needs a touch of femininity. Welcome back.

The AP Chemistry exam was difficult.

My favorite part was when I knew I needed to use an equation... so I multiplied two numbers I saw in the question and divided them by 5. Probably got that one wrong.

The college board releases a couple questions 48 hours after the test... and technically I can't talk about it I'll be sure to send them over, though. What field of chemistry are you in? I have a relative who's a UCD chem professor.

Also, I never thought my knowledge of chromatography would be so useful!

Today I tried to roll metric century on the Free Spirit, but sweat killed fone. Luckily I got a "I'm lost" feeling and checked fone. Unfortunately lost a few miles of loggage. Cured fone with some time in sun, thank the lord. Rode back to The Deck (floating bar). Said screw it and hit the community pool.

Ate **** on dock after the Deck, wrecked gold Deda tape.

BTW, if you wrap Deda tape a certain way, you can hide all logos. Pics to come.

Today I took things easy and just puttered about the house and managed to have a nice nap... played with the birds and think that tomorrow Talouse and I will be able to go out for a walk as she is pretty comfortable with her harness and the weather will be brilliant.

Talouse... she is like a kitten with wings.

Oh yeah I forgot about AP tests.

I'm in nanotechnology, which is basically a lil bit of everything.
To illustrate: we have chem fume hoods, bio laminar flow hoods and a machine shop complete w CNC and lathe.

ofc routine analytical chem. instruments.

Called out "sick" from the day job, went for a nice little ride around town to clear my head, then sat down for like 6 hours straight and pretty much finished the album I'd been working on over the past few months.

Today was a good day.

Should've made a thud sound to go with it.

Tomorrow I'm working on my day off, but as a consolation prize I'm doing a Chimay dinner, the Chicago Cycling Club is having their monthly meeting at my restaurant, and I'll have Friday night off so I can go to one of the CMs that we have. Good times.

In ****tier news, I'm pretty sure I'm slowly losing one of my closest friends and I don't know if I can stop it :/

Today, I want to go skateboard in philly, but nobody I know wakes up this early. I would also like to ride bikes... so maybe I'll just do that instead (on my 50lb cruiser)

Today I witnessed (well, heard, because it was behind me) a cyclist get doored on my ride to work this morning. I stopped and waited with her. She seemed ok, the cabbie who doored her gave her all his info -- though he didn't really seem to understand just how wrong his actions were. I gave her my contact info in case she needed anything, like a witness or whatever.

I had seen this cabbie pull over and park - he had been right in front of me - and gave him a wide berth when I passed him. I was waiting at a red light when a minute later he apparently decided to get out of the car and doored the woman behind me.
