Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Got a couple (all with 600/ultegra)-

New School (6500):

Middle school (Tricolor):

Old School (6207):

Bonus Campy CX/Commuter content (sold those wheels, now rolling on Open Pro/Ultegra 36h, swapped saddle for a scruffy but solid Flite):

My new Chinese carbon. I've leveled the seat since the pic. Gonna ride it a bit before I cut the steerer down.

Here is my latest build, 2009/10 Guru Evolo with 2012 rival

Came in a little heavier than I expected at 17lb even, still can't figure out where 300-400g are coming from even with pedals, cables and housing and +100g for variation in specs. still awesome and cant wait to get it on the road tomorrow

Great looking build. Had aspirations of doing that exact thing, but i'm puttin it off for a while. Still planing on doin it at somepoint though.

For now I'm happy to say that I just picked this up today. Excuse the plastic platforms on it, I couldn't get one of the pedals off my old steed in time for the fitting.
