Dibs on the saddle!
Anyhow on topic, are you aware that both saddles you are choosing between are completely different from each other with probably the only similar features being that they are bike saddles and come from a cow? Very close to night and day.
For starters, the b17 is a not much of a sport/ racing saddle as the concor is, being more oriented toward city cruising and touring with a wider and stubbier profile, as opposed to the concor being narrower and more compact. Not to mention the the weight ratio of a b17 to concor is 1:2.
I hope you're not just going for looks. Your best/ most economical option and method of finding a saddle that fits you is to test ride some at your LBS or from acquaintances and see what works for your butt and what doesn't. No two butts are alike.

(cant send PM with less than 50 posts)
thinking the b17 is the way to go for me.. I would like to do the mail order test but with my work situation the shipping back could be an issue. When i get home i'll stop by my lbs to try a couple out...

Are you close to any bike shops that deal brooks saddles? That would be a good option if you need to try one out.

Not a big fan of the Brooks. They are ok but nothing special, regarding comfort. Not bad, but no 'wow' factor.
To be fair, my opinion is based on a bike I just used to 'jra' for several years.
It does seem to last and is pretty to look at.
I really like the Concor Light. I actually found a source that sold them new for $37!
I bought like 4 of them. Wish I could remember the website.. I would buy a boatload.
However, the padding seems to harden up quickly (I raced on it road and xc)
Same thing happened to my Flite Ti's and Flite Ti Gel's. All unusable though look fine.
The SLR has softer padding and is more about the shell flexing for padding, so those last quite a bit longer.

San Marco Regal. You get the rivets, but you don't have to break it in, or keep it out of the rain, or apply Proofide. And you can buy one for each of your bikes.

I ride mostly Brooks saddles, with my preference being the B17 narrow or Professional. To my butt, they feel very similar.

If it never moo'd in its lifetime before, it's no good.
This; or specialized's offerings. I really like how both brands researched the type of butts people have and created saddle types/ models accordingly/ explicitly and proven systems of defining which saddle is right for you based on your behind.
