I have both the Polar bottle and the Camelbak Podium Chill bottle. The Camelbak is better. The Camelbak's valve that you never need to close is superior, and also the Camelbak is made of material that is easier to squeeze, which might sound trivial but actually makes a difference. I always prefer the Camelbak bottles.

The camelbak bottles are MUCH better than the Polar ones. For non insulated I love the Specialized purist hydroflo bottles. The valve is much better and quieter (the camels squeal a lot when I use them around the house). The plastic is also so soft and easy to squeeze. I have both the camelbak chills and hydroflos and use them both.

I hadn't seen them before watching a demo at the S.F. Bike Expo SKS booth a couple of weeks ago. It's an ingenious solution for riding a modern (no eyelets) road bike in the rain.

There is probably an online review somewhere but basically, the fenders come in 4 pieces... a front and a back half for each wheel. The two halves snap into place on little quick release brackets that get sandwiched in with your road brake caliper. Because of that, there isn't actually full coverage at the brake caliper, but in practice, my wife (who often insists on wearing a bright pink castelli skort), doesn't get any striping. The 'struts' are secured to similar quick release brackets down by the axle. Those brackets at the axle actually replace the QR Skewer's springs and just clamp in place right there on the skewer. Because they are mounted to a point exactly in the center of the wheel, they need no strut adjustments for length (you are limited to probably a max tire size of 700x25, which is what the wife runs with ample clearance). The struts Do however slide on the fender itself so you can fine tune the bracing points along the fender's circumference. This is good, since I also tacked on a thick polyurethane mud flap on the rear which is pretty heavy and needed the brace further back to stabilize it better. To remove the whole fender, just press the little gray buttons for the three release points for the back half of each fender, then the one button that holds the shorty front half of each fender and you're done. All that's left in place are the little tabs.

In terms of convenience of installation and removal I'll agree but the MK2 Roadracers are much better at protecting the drivetrain in my opinion. I have not used the extra long Race Blades which from what I can tell should be as effective as the Roadracer fenders.

That's exactly what I have planned for the Noah since its EPS/Di compatible and the reason why I'm using the SR11 parts for the Idol frameset. I'm just waiting for ribble to offer another 20% discount code; I regret not buying the EPS-SR11 upgrade kit earlier this summer when I bought the Chorus 11 parts for the Merak.
