Hello from Denver
Good morning all. Happy New Year. My name is Dave and I live in Denver. I'm an beginner/intermediate rider and ride about 3-4 days per week. I ride a Trek 4300. It's a good bike and we're pretty good together.
I ride alot of paved trails and also many mountain single tracks.
I am soon moving to a city on the plains, east of Denver with no mountains and very few hills. I'll probable be looking into shifting to a road bike when the weather gets a bit better and will be looking to all of you for recommendations.
Thanks for listening.
See ya.
Dave

Welcome Dave.
The folks in the Road Cycling forum can offer suggestions for a road bike.

Greetings from the Las Vegas, NV area!
I used to live in Littleton and kinda thought that anything east of the airport was really just an extension of Kansas. If you have a fat tire bike sometimes the plains have good trails, you just have to dodge the cow patties. Good Luck.

Welcome from a fellow Denverite. I ride a Trek 4900 and Cannondale CAAD 8 road bike. I definitely find use for both here in Colorado. You may not have the hills but you do have the wind! Good luck with the move and enjoy the rides!
