I'm going to take a shot in the dark since mechanics seem fine and vote for shoe rubbing crank arm. I had this problem with my work shoes, it eventually rubbed off most of the logo on my crank arm. I didn't even feel the shoe rub the crank and yet it was.

It didn't occur to you that the chain might be the issue? Replace it.

I have some old 7600 DA cranks, research shows they need a 109mm BB... How bad is it to use a 110mm?
EDIT: Nvm, sources say to go with the 109 and use a 2mm spacer.
From what I've read, the 7600 are NJS, but work with an ISO BB? In that case will the 109mm Prototype work?

Scrod, I am looking for a good versatile tire and like the look of the Vittoria Rando Cross in the 700x35c size....have you heard any good things about this tire or can recommend a good tire? Thanks in advance.

Your cog is slipping.

The Rando Cross can be a little sluggish but you're most likely not looking for low rolling resistance anyway. If you do get them, you'll most likely never get a flat unless you run over a land mine (and then you'll have other troubles).

So, I bought a brand new 722TS frame off a dude in the summer but only just realized that the seat post collar didn't come with a bolt. Quick google search came up with nothing, so what size bolt should I grab? I assume I could just go to my LBS/hardware store and get a replacement right?
Thanks!
Thanks!

How do you measure for the correct length for that?
My beater has a QR binder, and I want to swap it out.
