Do you think that a bias adjustment will solve my Sansui 5000's overheating problem?

So, I saw bikedudes "I built a fixie thread" and remembered the De Rosa frame I packed away a few years ago. So far I've got most of the Brazed on tid-bits ground pretty smooth. I had to change out the Dropout...boy this getting to be a mess!

Anyway....this is the look I'm going for.

There's more to life than making money.
After the fixie-hipster dork fad has died out and he/she sells it on the internet, every buyer ever after will forever long for the headbadge which you sold for some pathetic amount.
I used to think I was a monster for putting brifters on '86 Schwinn Pelotons, but you!

Why can't I buy a 700x28-32 presta tube that has a valve stem shorter than 48mm anywhere within 50 miles of my house? It's not like I'm living in the boonies here either.

Why do they even make tubes like that? I mean really, who has a bike with tires that wide and aero-section rims that would even need a valve stem that long? Goofy crap! I'm all in favor of supporting my LBS, but give me a break! I'd buy half a dozen, even at LBS prices, if I could find some with good ole 32mm valves. Nashbar? Same deal. Instead, I have to scour the internet for what should be one of the most common bicycle tubes on the planet. Anybody else have this problem?
