Can't imagine many that would need it in Florida.
Once less thing for me to GAS over.

too much invested in wheels that can't be converted by swapping the free hub, but dura ace 9000 does work well with 10 speed cogs.

when 11 speed conquers the middle market, i.e., 105 and Tiagra level, then maybe I'll think about it. Most of the fleet is 9 speed and below...

Excel sports had the 11 speed Ultegra upgrade kit for $599.00 (no brake calipers) but they sold out. Where are we heading will all these gears, any more gears were in Granny Triple land.

Don't need it. 9sp is excessive for my all flat roads riding, in fact my 7sp is more than enough. And I don't like that ultra-thin chain.

Not me. I like that SRAM is giving the option to stay at 10 at all price points. I understand the benefits of more gears, but don't see the need other than concern that I'll be forced to one day. If anything I'd probably go to 11 speed Campy shifters on a 9 speed Shimano drivetrain, essentially losing 1 gear. Maybe [future] Campy 12 will index Shimano 10 and I won't have to.

Dealer cost for 11speed Ultegra is less than 10speed Ultegra, so I'll be changing soon.
My next build will be 11speed.

Isn't there a small Italian company making 12-speed electronic shifters & cassettes ?
Edit: Found it ... might be vaporware:
