Just bad luck.
Well, at least most of the damaged stuff is on the lower cost end of the rainbow.
And.........you weren't hurt.

The tires were already close to dead, and I already have new tires, so heres my excuse to throw them on. No frame or wheel damage.
The brakes should still be under warranty, so I should get a new caliper.

Me too. I can't visualize how the spring could have damaged the tire, since it should have moved away from it when it got unsprung.

Switching to a 10 hour shift at work has proven to be slightly more draining than I thought it would be.

best breaks: 7800
best part about em? they work really good.
i know it seems simple (cause it is), but that point seems to be lost on many aftermarket mfg's
TBH i do have some of those fancy TRP magnesium brakes on one of my bieks but thats because it was a team loaner bike from 2 yrs ago that i bought for dirt cheap

Agreed. I have hoarded 3 2/3 sets of these all to myself.
While we're still talking about dem breaks, I would just like to point out that 2013 red calipers are butt ugly but light and really really easy to center.

I saw some guy riding on thesmallest bars I've ever seen, he maybe had one inch on each side of the stem. I wanted to get a picture but was just stunned someone would actually ride a bike like that.
