^Blue Merckx doesn't have STI/Ergo shifters, why post here?

Very nice Merckx and an echo welcome to the forum.
That's a Century, right? Not the original fork, as I recall they came with a flat crown fork. But nice, and the original Cobalto color with a white panel.
I have a Century being painted in that color by Al Wanta right now and am looking forward to riding it!

Correct on the fork and Century. The original is a flat crown, Cobalto with crome dropouts. I have it but put it on the shelf, in favor of the carbon which has a little less rake and is a little stiffer. Suits the sort of riding I do a little better. Less rake especially.

I finished this build up yesterday morning just in time for a windy ride in the Texas Hill Country. The frame is a 1981 Eddy Merckx Professional (based on serial number) with the cable guides on top of the bottom bracket. The group is Campagnolo Chorus 10 Speed with Racing T triple crankset and Monoplanar Chorus brakes.
