Yokota Terminator ??

So this is on my local CL. Price looks way on the high-end to me, but I don't know for sure because of the elevated chainstay frame design. Seems if it were a legit engineering advance we'd see a lot more of them... is this a 90s experiment turned novelty, or is it something worthwhile? (Oh, and I love the bottle cage placement hahaha)

Yep, late 80's-early 90's. That was a pretty decent hot bike, back in the day, from a lesser known and now long gone brand.

Yeah, they are asking high - it's not anything particularly coveted, and the parts spec isn't anything worth paying top $$$ for.

If just looking for something to cruise about on, offer him 100 and see what he says. Would be a fun bike for just goofing around on.

Thanks. That's about what I figured. I'll pass, as I can find better stuff for $100 around here. I also just met a guy who may sell me a 90s Cannondale M1000 for $150, so that's a bit more urgent.

I've been on the lookout for an e-chainstay frame for a while now to convert to belt drive. Haven't found one that fits. Yet.
