Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Commuter
Grocery Getter
All around hauler

It has survived 3 Cincinnati winters and now New Hampshire.. which is much worse so far.
Thought about getting studs but the slightly knobby tires 35mm have been doing fine so far.
The long wheelbase makes it ideal for carrying things and being very stable.
Geared 39 X 16
Needs a new front brake and a bath.

haha like it.

what we call winters here means drops into the 20's and 30's but no snow and not a whole lot of rain. usually it rains at different times for a week or two then its gone. i love it when it rains and storms, makes me miss home and makes me want to move back so bad. I miss snow, rain and the different seasons so much.

My Commuter bike
This thing has gotten through nearly anything I can throw at it from full on blizzards up to snow 15 cm deep and temps around -30 celsius.

Yeah rear brake is basically useless. It just clogs up and won't release after use though.
