Props to Stages Cycling

I have a Ultegra Stages PM which was bulletproof up till about 3 weeks ago - when it started dropping connection randomly during rides. I replaced the battery with a fresh one and it still dropped connection.

Upon closer inspection, the battery door cover had 2 of the 3 tabs broken off, allowing the battery to rattle inside and lose connection. I emailed stages and they promptly sent my 2 new battery doors along with a pair of their improved red rubber gasket.

Thanks Stages for excellent customer service!!

Good to hear! How long did it take you to receive your PM from order to arrival? I ordered mine 4/30/2014 and it still hasn't been billed nor shipped. Just curious.

Well, I take that back. As soon as I replied I checked my order status and it was billed this morning. I'm guessing shipping will be eminent. I was hoping to have it for the Iron Horse Classic this coming weekend but I'm looking forward to the summer of training with it.
