Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Only nit picks are the sleeves, B/F on the sleeves looks wrong and will be mistaken for Face Book (F/B) by most, that's funny.
Those big letters BFRC on the front is just wrong/awful looking to me.
Love the back, combine the back of #1 with the front and sleeves from #4 and you have a winner for me.
Hybrid Vote Here #1 back/#4 front
And I like all of the color schemes one through four, black and white colors are dominate and the accent colors aren't overpowering or pastel Forever 21'ish.
I'd say good job so far, like what I see.

Lots of HTFU fans and people wanting no letters on the shoulders. Is this what you're looking for? Stripes can be added back in, just trying to tune in to what everyone is asking for.

You can clean it up and I can insert a new image in place of the other ones.
A little late considering we have a lot of votes. Just put the one above in place of the black version.

Um, Nope

No, you removed the stripe on the back of #1 ,put it back, keep the stripe under "FORTY ONE" from #1 , get rid of the BFRC on the front (too big, gawdy, no one will know what it is) and use the front from #4 (bike forums/bar), use the shoulder numbers from #4 (4 on one side, 1 on the other), keep HTFU over or on the back pockets.
Don't make me come down there.

number Four. It kind of reminds me of the assos jersey color scheme.

I will put this one in place of the black one and count all votes as groups between your two and my two. At this point your two designs and my two designs are nearly identical so we will just count them as a group. Whoever's designs get chosen can make small refinements and changes as they see fit and proceed with production.

I like 1, 3, and 4.

If I had to choose one i would choose #4 .

If it were purely up to me I would take some elements from 3 and add them to the color scheme of 4.

Design by committee is a recipe for Fail.

The forum members should vote on a designer, and then just let them do their thing.

It was nice in the beginning for general direction, but at this point, I agree. This thread got very messy without the polling option.

4 - I guess. I feel like these were watered down too much via "design by committee". Now everyone's happy but the result is kinda boring. I liked some of the earlier directions w stripes on sleeve.

Be a tyrant, piss some people off My 2c.
