Singlespeed & Fixed Gear"I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five.
Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)
Im not sure what looks messed up about it. That particular set up uses a touring bar so it has different contours than a typical road drop. Those are not hoods they are dia kompe knobs.
I tried Guidonnet brake levers like this awhile back while in the midst of experimenting with bar/lever set-ups and did not like them one bit. I consider myself lucky to have been able sell them quickly for about what I paid.

Reason: ooops...
To each his own. I feel like the knobs look silly and the brakes (is that what those are?) look a little odd. Thanks for sharing though. After seeing all the possibilities I still love my bullhorns.
Oh, yea totally. They look very silly, ugly even. I mistook what you meant by messed up. (I read as faulty, broken ect.)
