My Sexy Opthamogist Tried To Kill Me

Any time I've had my eyes dilated, there were always warnings to have someone else come along to drive me home, or be prepared to wait an hour before driving/biking and have sunglasses.
Regarding the opthalmologist, though, they have access to medical grade cocaine for use as a topical anaesthetic, so it could be partay time, indeed...

Sunglasses?

BTW it's Ophthalmologist. OP you're lucky, not many hotties in my profession, although the international ones that attend our annual meeting tend to bring up the rest. Love S. America.

My last eye checkup was with a man, no fantasies. His receptionist was an attractive mom but crazy (crazy in the way she might be on some rx uppers or meth).
@no1mad I find my wife is nearly incapable of anything after her pupils are dilated, she is so sensitive to any light afterwards. I on the other hand seem to fair better. I would feel comfortable riding a bike afterwards on a familiar route.

Why can't the ophthalmologist "un-dilate" your eyes? Seems like they should be able to reverse that somehow...

I'm surprised nobody has invoked the "unless there's pictures it didn't happen" clause.

I have a hard time driving home after getting my eyes dilated. Thinking of the upcoming headache makes it even harder to concentrate.

On my last visit to the eye doctor they asked if I brought sunglasses along. When I told them I forgot, they opened up a drawer full of disposable sunglasses which were much like the 3D glasses you used to get in cereal boxes.
Anyway, I see many more attractive people on bikes than I ever have in any kind of medical, dental, or optical facility. Years ago though as a young teen with braces, I do admit to enjoying the cushioning my head received from a nicely proportioned dental assistant. At the same time I was raised Catholic and felt some guilt but I did manage to overcome it.

There are "un dilating drops", but they only work if you only use the weaker of the two dilating drops we usually use, which is often inadequate. They also are expensive and you can't charge for them.

I left with those disposable dark plastic inserts that you place between your glasses and your face. As I rode, the wind pressed them against my eyeballs (ick), they also pushed my glasses down and my helmet visor and cycling cap up, overall made my vision worse.
My opthamologist told me my prescription has actually moderated, from exceedingly near-sighted to just slightly less exceedingly near-sighted. I asked her how long I have to live, for my eyes to go all the way to normal. I think she pitied me.
In retrospect I should have walked my bike to the nearest pub, sat in the darkest corner, and waited until my eyes were normal. But I wasn't in my usual frame of mind.

I wonder: is she really sexy or does she just do something to your eyes to make you see things that way?

I dunno. If you correctly called her an ophthalmologist instead of an opthamlogist, your dream could have been a bit more moist.

Cripes. I went to the eye doctor. I like going to the eye doctor. My opthamlogist is a very pretty brunette with a remarkable shape under her modest smock. She looks deeply into my eyes and asks me to talk about myself. Swoon. The climax of our annual assignation is when she dilates my eyes and pronounces them healthy. I leave with a head full of fantasies involving exam chairs, eye charts, and lingerie. Then I step outside, and try to ride home in the unbearably bright sunshine, with eyes that can't see well. The route home involves streetcar tracks, heavy traffic, bridges, narrow bike lanes, and today it seems an inordinate number of large trucks. I can't see my helmet mirror. When I look behind me I see glare and whiteness. Looking ahead is a shifting blur of roadway and large moving things. I know the route well so I ride it partly from memory. Of course today happens to be a blazing hot day with not a speck of cloud to attenuate the midday sun. Somehow I made it to the refuge of my shady neighborhood pub where I am giving thanks for my survival with a thick black pint. My eyes are almost normal and the three blocks home should be drama free. I hope it was as good for her as it was for me.

Pupils back to their proper diameters and blood alcohol content elevated. Sure, you'd have been perfectly ready for the ride home.
