Uh oh...crack
I was putting some new-to me shocks and handlebars on my very old GT hardtail MTB when I noticed a crack in the head tube. This is most likely a fatal flaw. I just spent a bunch purchasing a new road bike, so replacement is out of the question. Oh well, Just venting.

The cracks "probably" won't completely collapse. It'll just make the bearings too loose to work well. So a hose clamp might let you ride it a little longer.

Thinking as a retired millwright who worked as a maintenance machinist, I would like to suggest you let a machinist have a look at it. If enough of the head tube protrudes above the top tube to allow clearance for a collar it would not be a lot of work to machine an aluminum clamping collar the exact diameter of the head tube and then fit it to the bike. Think of a larger version of the type of clamping ring used to secure handlebars. Any machinist who is into biking would likely do a bushing for free as a favour. You are in New Jersey. Seriously: put a posting onto your local buy 'n' sell asking for help. You might be surprised.

I had the same problem with my Alpinestars. Fortunately mine has a 1-1/4" head tube, so I think it would be possible to sleeve it down to 1-1/8" and have it hold up.
Odd that both of ours cracked from the top down. You'd think there would be more stress from the bottom, although IIRC mine has extra meat at the bottom, maybe yours too.
