hahahaha, nope Ri Ra is this irish bar on M street that serves delicious food, and has the best guiness on tap that i've seen so far. It's a weird half co2 half other gas tap. Tasty as ****, and gives you 22 oz for the price most places give you for a regular pint.

The Propel has a lot of good stuff going for it. Just haven't ridden one.
My noah was stiffer than my venge, but ridley annoyed me too many times with bad warranty issues, plus the team is sponsored by specilized so it's an easy choice.

Not necessarily. And "better" is in itself subjective.

The Felt AR is now their top of the line assembled bike. If you prefer the more traditional F series with top components, you'll have to build it yourself from a frame kit.

I can't say whether speed is affected or not, it's more a difference in feeling.

first the hippie hipster and now this. your street cred is taking a massive nose dive

i believe the right amount of vermouth to add is: i believe there was once a bottle in the house; there must be a few molecules of it floating somewhere. Ergo, vermouth for my martini

I once bought vermouth because I was 21 and the Internet said it was a mandatory thing to have in a home bar.

I made martinis for everyone who came over, and they all complimented me in my skills. Eventually I cleaned that bar out after I quit drinking almost 10 years later and that bottle was still in there, unopened.

What's wrong with vermouth? You need it to make a boulevardier.

Wrong sub-forum, if XC ride means cross-the-country, go to Touring, if it means cross country mountain biking, go to mountain biking. This is the road race forum, not for beginners.

I'm pretty sure that a martini without vermouth is just a glass of gin with some olives floating in it.

I'm personally not a martini guy but I am fond of a good Manhattan, so at some point I really should get my hands on some vermouth. But there's no hurry, I've got everything I need to make a good old fashioned. Sugar, bitters and bourbon.

I think you signify that you are one of the cool kids by drinking (or saying you drink) straight gin and calling it a martini. I guess?

But yes, vermouth has other uses as well.

Isn't he a little young to be buying beers of any spelling at a bar? As a college freshman, shouldn't he be paying $10 for a red plastic cup at a house party, or is that to gauche and just not how things are done at Georgetown?
