Got just up the road on morning commute and front derailleur broke. For 1300ft climb I NEED my triple!

so back home, commute by cage... Later ride on trainer just to provide a good part of the day...

Ah I totally understand this... I had the same problem when I worked behind a desk 8 hours a day. Now I'm back to constantly moving for 10-12 hour shifts, and I can honestly say at the end of the day I only wish I had some steam to blow off. Although I am getting paid good money to do what I would have to PAY a public gym for (lifting crates weighing up to 80# a piece all day).

My youngest has been ill. Trashed my riding... But she's doing better...

Took an emergency staycation. Too hot, and worse HUMID to ride much. Too humid to breath!

Got a lot done at the house.
