Do SMP lovers have any reccos of other saddles?
I'm a Dynamic fan, and I'm looking for a new saddle for my winter bike, but I don't want to go SMP again because I don't want my crotch to freeze.
Have any other SMP users, especially of the Dynamic/Forma/Drakon/Lite209 family, found similar comfort and feel on other saddles?
Fizik Aliante look swoopy, but I'm concerned they're too rounded across the top...

Was a dedicated SMP Pro rider who recently converted to a Specialized Power Expert saddle ($200 retail) at the suggestion of my fitter. It's working great for me, although not that much cheaper than the SMP. I might try the Power Expert next time, because it's $130 retail.

Thanks, DoubleTap. I was thinking to get away from a cutout design to escape the cooling effect, but maybe that's kind of silly given what a small percentage of my riding is really in frigid temps.
Did you notice any difference between the SMP and the Specialized with regards to airflow cooling?

I ride a SMP Forma on one bike and Fizik Antares Versus on two others. However, conventional wisdom says saddle preference is highly individual.
I don't notice that the SMP is any colder, but when the temps are lower I usually wear bibs with windblocking fabric so it's not much of an issue for me.
