Just got a new Wahoo Strap - Tickr I have a Garmin 500 and a Forerunner 405
problem seems the HRT is not registering on either. I have taking battery out of strap and put in backwards then place proper again. still no result
what else can i do to get HRT to show? thanks

I've only ever hooked my tickr up to my phone, never my garmin. It's on my list of things to do. So the ticker is blinking red and blue?

I usually make sure there isn't another strap or sensor within range when I try to pair with a new strap (or wrap the old one in tin foil while you're pairing).

I think that dcrainmaker has a picture on his site where there are 2 heart straps visible to the garmin
