About the only thing to push it completely off the edge would be to re-lace those rims to Phil hubs for no reason other than to blow another $400 and unify BB and headset.

The crank is the one blemish, IMO. Replace with Campy or DA for 10/10.

The length of the arm. Modern DA/Campy cranks have that smoothly rounded crown, and 75s have that nice angled bevel, but then the PW cranks slope and round and flow in a way that I find really unappealing. I think the shininess exacerbates the effect.

You are correct.
I think that's why I like it. More utilitarian look. Price and LOGO are lame though, agree.
