I agree, hideous bikes are the best theft deterrent. This one looks like it has greyscale, no one will want to touch the thing let alone steal it.

May I ask, out of genuine curiosity, why you used sideways aero levers rather than cross levers? I've seen it on other bikes and wondered then, too.

With Blackburn Local Deluxe and Planet Bike Full Hybrid fenders: 27 lbs
With Delta Top Trunk & Rock Bros Panniers: 30 lbs
On a 20 mile loop, average speed is about the same as my Peugeot PX-10. This is a nice ride.
