Tour De Fronds
This is a very sweet small town run event that's run on low traffic scenic roadways. I've gone in the past. I'm not sure if I'll go this year, but it's a gem.

Don't think I can make it this year but thanks for sharing. That's one of (way too many!) the parts of Oregon I've not explored yet.
