Windbreaker suggestions (Clothing)
Currently I'm using a thin Columbia windbreaker on chilly mornings. Although it works great, it's not exactly "fitness" styled. I'm looking for something a little lighter and more inline with being styled for bicyclists. I'm looking to use it as my outer layer and I will be wearing undergarments that will regulate my temperature so there is really no need for it to provide any degree of warmth (although this is not a deal breaker). Something that provides a waist drawstring and velcro adjustable cuffs would be a plus. I'm looking for something wind-proof.
I'd prefer something that I can pickup at a Performance, Trek/Bontrager or Specialiazed store so that I'm able to try it on in the store before purchasing.

I have a long sleeve 7mesh "Synergy" jersey. The front is a windbreaker and the back is breathable. It's snug like a jersey. It's perfect for days when I know riding will keep me warm but the air is chilly and/or wet.
I had a windbreaker from VOmax that was designed for cycling. It was looser and wasn't breathable in the back and would fill up with air like a parachute.

Best windbreaker I have is an Arc'teryx. The next best is, too.

I use a Voler Jet Wind Jacket in Hi-viz: https://www.voler.com/browse/product/li/1010E72
It's a minimalist garment about the size of a Naval orange when wadded up.
