Sigma data center data transfer to Strava
I have been using Sigma Rox 11 for several years and just this week I can not transfer data to Strava. Tech support supplied the following info
- Close the Data Center v. 5.7.18
- Open your windows-explorer
- Open the folder: “C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\DataCenter.Desktop\Local Store\#SharedObjects\DataCenter_Desktop.swf”
- Delete the file “ConfigAppCache.sol”
- Restart the Data Center
- Login to Strava through the Data Center
