Taking time at least one day a year to think about what we should be thankful for should be the minimum. I'm a glass half full sort of person so that I always look, in the midst of what one Brit has called "The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune", the pearl in the oyster, the gem in the weeds. There is always something to be thankful for if we but look.

Happy Thanksgiving All! I'm so happy to have my daughter and her fiance here for the holidays. And they are bringing my new grandpuppy! There will be fewer places at the table this year, but we will take time to remember those we have loved and lost.

Thankful to have great family coming over to our house this year, and since I have two good legs I’m doing the dinner gig and they are bringing the pies.
p.s. I’d rather service a press fit bottom bracket than disassemble and clean my potato ricer.

Thankful for the company and love of my wife. My daughter and her husband decided not to travel with the weather conditions as they are and we agreed. We are blessed to have each other on this day. Blessings for all Joe

Im thankful to all the men & women in uniform that keep us safe. Im thankful to all the hard working people out there doing the dirty jobs, working the holiday shifts that make our daily lives easier. Im thankful to citizens that go out on a daily basis and are kind and pleasant to fellow citizens on the streets. Im thankful to anyone out there doing helpful things. Im thankful for good people.
