I thought I saw that it's in Parker. Maybe Crumpy (from CR) can facilitate.

I sold a mid '70s Peugeot PX-10 and a mid '80s Falcon Victory in the last 24 hours. They both went really fast. I live in the Twin Cities. I think I will be selling a couple more. Need to thin the herd.

That Gitane Professional looks like a team bike, with the bracket for the racing number.

Unless there's a fatal flaw, that'll be gone soon.

According to the catalog, the Gitane team replicas came with the cool race number holder like that.

Per the '85 catalog, it's a 531c frame. Not a bad price for that.

Yellow Turbo saddle to boot. Both those bikes look like good deals.

Posting as unsure what this is (and with current pricing I expect it will vanish shortly no matter what)

Buffalo CL $100 for a "Raleigh Racing Touring Bike"
https://buffalo.craigslist.org/bik/d...142898075.html

Per Ad
"Cateye cycle computer, hand pump, could use new handlebar tape but not nessasary
$100"

No overall photos of bike. No photos of head tube. I do see fork chrome looks nice and wondered it is a chrome bike that was painted.
Sent Pm to Schreck83 and Hatchet as only ones I could think of in Buffalo into C&V.

Bertinjim suggested maybe Supercourse or Competition.

With that RALEIGH stay cap I'd guess one of the Raleigh USA bikes from the '80s with the proprietary 555 tubing. Some of them had chrome forks and fully chromed stays. Lots of bling came stock on 'em. I vote Grand Prix based on those brake calipers.

1961 Schwinn Continental. This was just listed a few days ago in Bartlett, Illinois. It was one of my bikes. Sold it a few years ago. I put on Mafac brakes, fenders, bar, stem, and brake levers. I am tempted to buy it back but really don't need it. Great bike though. Nice thing about this vintage is it has a 22.2 steerer so you can use regular size stem. A TTT or Cinelli on a Continental? Why not!

Serotta Colorado II Frameset - 63cm - $450 (Natick)

Serotta Colorado II Frameset in very good condition.
63cm ctc ST
60cm ctc TT
Shimano 600 headset

Paint is a beautiful metallic black with Bi-lam lugs and yellow highlights. Some tire rub and a few paint nicks, but overall a gorgeous, smooth riding bike.

Yes, they are moving quickly. I've sold three since last week and have another pending for tonight.

I'm posting two more before the weekend.

I don't see too many bikes with the original Deore group that often, and this one looks in really nice condition

No original Deore crank/pedals is a slight bummer, though.
