What to do , what to do .....
I'm sitting here looking at my worksman single speed foldable trike,,,, looking and thinking how can I make this bike radical ? First thing thought stretch it by extending the frame right where it folds if I undo the hinge part , now its two pieces and more pipe and now it's longer but then what ? It's got 18" wheels and a basket in the back ,,,,, but what else ????

For Tricycles try looking at Rat Rod Bikes for inspiration. There are some mildly modified bikes and some that are wildly modified. https://www.ratrodbikes.com/
I am saving a Schwinn exercise bike to someday make a trike. My wife said she would leave me if I were riding around on a trike. In her mind, only old folks and drunks ride trikes. My thinking on my future trike build is a pedal powered pickup truck. I don't have any details worked out yet. It may have an electric motor on it.
Please post some pictures of your Worksman.

I used to drink at a bar that had an insane construction. It was a bike with a gear installed in the handlebars, so that if you turned them right, the wheel turned left, and vice-versa. The challenge was to be able to ride it at all. And no one ever could. So there you go: spend a week welding a monstrosity that will never be ridable, no matter how sober you are.
