Please Help ID this Track Frame
Couldn't resist another track bike, but no idea on who built the frame.
I was thinking Dolan, Leader, etc, but can't find anything matching online. Looks well made. Seller said previous owner told them they ordered bare frame painted in orange.
Hard to read serial numbers through paint. No other markings on frame.
Hoping seat tube clamp area, track ends, and tubing shape ring a bell for someone.
Thanks,
Steve

It looks like a Tiemeyer (I normally don't know this stuff so this was a lucky guess):

Edit: You totally nailed it... It truly is a Tiemeyer with those downward-dog track ends:

Thanks, I was going through the old spank-bank of bike pics and remembered what aren't Dave Tiemeyer's frames kinda funky like that maybe they are similar it certainly isn't one of those modern monstrosities but is something funky and then boom look at the photo and back at OP and was like damn I am pretty good here. I never thought that would be a possibility.

Definitely A Tiemeyer
So, I saw Steve's bike on craigslist and gave him a call.
I thought you'd like to see it in race trim.
It turns out that the track ends are symmetrical, and they can be installed horizontally. They just needed to be flipped over.
So far I'm loving the bike. It fits me great and handles like it's on rails!
Thanks Steve!
