That might work, actually. One problem is the owners don't want to spend anything on it and were considering letting it go to foreclosure. The other thing is who knows how bad it is until they get in there. If the roof has been leaking for years there could be a lot of hidden damage.
On the other hand, people might show up today and start bidding against each other because that's the market here.

That might work, too, depending on how much it would cost to get rid of the house, permits, and new construction. Might be cutting it close to what the market will bear in this poorer area of the 'burbs.

Food news:
1. After Longwood Gardens last night, we got carry-out from PF Chang's. I imagine the PF stands for "Pretty Fake" but the eggplant dish I had was quite good. I am sure it had too much sodium and/or MSG in it, but it was good. Mrs datlas and my sister each had a different shrimp dish and they liked it too.
2. Daughter #2 works at what is arguably the best restaurant in the Philly suburbs. The top food critic for the Inquirer apparently had dinner there on Friday night and posted a glowing review on Instagram. If anyone is ever in my neck of the woods, the restaurant is called Andiario and it's worth checking out.
3. I have not had Chipotle sofritas for several months. #Overdue

I wonder if this YouTube channel would post a video of my quasi-run training?

2. Sofritas no longer to be named the Datlas if you continue to be a slacker.
