Something to consider: Low fat Vegan eating style
I would not be surprised if many here also have the fun of Type II adult onset diabetes,
Despite medication (tryjardy) I have been having issued controlling mine and my doctor gave me this book as a step before moving to insulin https://www.amazon.com/Neal-Barnards...s=books&sr=1-1
I have had good results with both losing weight and controlling blood sugar
the hardest part for me is not vegan, but keeping it low fat (avocados are considered too fat)
I don't do a lot of the fake cheese and meats as they are often very processed and high fat
I also have found an instapot helpful fore cooking beans and brown rice
Also of interest, especially the impact of leafy greens and berries on preventing Alzheimer's https://www.cnn.com/2023/03/08/healt...ess/index.html
