I had one as a kid with regular upright bars on it. I later put drops on it. It was a great bike that I let get away.

Update
Nearly six years has passed since I purchased the Robin Hood Sports model. I'm still surprised how much I like to ride it when so many other good bikes are available.
I have made a few changes like a different stem that is a little taller and longer. It is has a wider set of vintage bars for a more comfortable fit for me. The rear cog was changed to 21 tooth.

I like Robin Hood bikes. My first good bike was a green Robin Hood 3 speed that I rode everywhere when I was in grade school. Many years later I found a black one in my size that looks like it had never been ridden.

End of an Era
The Robin Hood has found a new home in central Ontario. I decided to take it to the spring Canadian Vintage Bicycle Show and Swap in Burford ON and it sold for a reasonable price. I enjoy restoring old bikes and riding old bikes but not storing and curating old bikes, so space was needed. The 3 speed stable still has my 72 Raleigh Sports and my 56 Royal Nord President.

Thanks 3sppeedslow. The saddle will be replaced when and if I ever find what style it would have had originally. The black plastic made in Taiwan that was on it did not seem original. Anybody out there know? I'm pretty sure it would have been low cost.
The bike rides nice for tooling around but it is a little flexy compared to my modern rides. It feels quicker than I thought. The new saddle gave me a little extra reach and it is now comfortable without changing that very short stem. I like the narrow bars. Feels compact and fast. No squeaks, rattles or rubs, just the click,click,click of the AW. 1st gear did not work when I bought it but a quick adjustment fixed that. I feel like one lucky kid riding it.
