Where do you keep your wallet, keys, and phone?

My wallet contains a DMV ID and one credit card and one hundred dollar bill and so takes very little room and goes inside a pocket of my jersey. My cell phone goes inside a special bag that attaches below the top tube and is out of the way. I have one key for my car and that takes no room either. I also take a small ball of cotton for my ears. Under my seat I have a small bag that holds a tube, tire levers, and a small multi-tool.

Although I have other options, on my old racing bike I've been riding with just a small under-seat bag. In it is my iphone 6, keys, my never-used CO2 inflator waiting for OJT, a miniscule multi-tool, and instead of my wallet, my expired, punched-out spare driver's license. Oh, and a 5.5mm or 7/32 inch Allen key for my oddball seat bolt, an 8/10mm combo wrench, valve core tool, and sealant. Wrapped up so nothing rattles.

If I worked for the Department of Redundancy Department, I would add tire levers, a tube, and a pump.
In my youth, a pump and a spare sew-up was the extent of it. Didn't even have ID yet...

My bikes all have rear racks ... I have a rear rack bag (that can be moved from bike to bike). That's where I keep my wallet, keys, and phone --- plus a spare tube, a patch kit, and my road tool kit (in a canvas bag) that comprises 2 nylon tire irons, a 6" adjustable wrench, a screw driver (Philips and straight heads), a hex key set, a mini hand pump, needle nose piers with cable cutter capability.

I put this in road cycling since we generally dont have racks, and storage on our bike.
I use a saddlebag. It attaches with a clip so should be secure (ortelieb micro). I still worry and check on it constantly.
Looking at saddlebag reviews I see people generally keep tools, and a tube in there. And wondering, where do they keep stuff like keys, wallet, and phone?
Thanks!

Phone, old driver’s license, debit card, and one dollar bill in a ziplock bag in my left jersey pocket, multi tool and ziplock bag with spare tube, tire levers and co2 cartridge in middle pocket, handkerchief in right pocket. If I have to drive to where I ride (rare), the car key goes with the handkerchief and I carry my actual driver’s license.
Not a fan of saddle bags.
