DaAnima Bikes (Italian Carbon) Any Experience?
I am CONSIDERING a new bicycle as my current Habanero is 14 years old and has 80K miles on it. I am actually VERY happy with the bike, but it does not support wider tires/disc brakes etc. so I am thinking maybe it's time for a new bike.
The complication is my body cannot get properly fit on a stock frame, so I do best with custom geometry.
I met with a local "cycling studio" yesterday to discuss options, and one of their suggestions if I want a custom CF road bike is to go with DaAnima, they are an Italian company who will build custom geometry carbon frames at a reasonably competitive price, certainly cheaper than the ENVE which looks great but from what I can tell is not even really custom geometry but custom-lite.
Anyone have any experience with DeAnima?

I just came across this thread. Maybe you've already made your decision, but if not, I'll offer my input. I'd be surprised if you're not talking about the fit studio I used to work at — Befitting Bicycles. If that is the place, trust them. The DeAnimas I worked on and built up were always an absolute joy.

One of my local bike shops is a DeAnima dealer ( Bath Cycle and Ski) and I have a few friends riding them. They are really beautiful with stunning paint and my biddies seem thrilled.
