Fillet brazed Columbus MS mystery project. Apparently likely built by Francis Quillon, and might be a Geliano (French).
Ride is fantastic- smooth and fast.
As purchased with cracked seatpost, bent derailer, irreparably gummed up tricolor STI, Lemond style Scott bars and badly cut steerer. The fork is Krapf, not the original, but stamped with the columbus dove.

This is perhaps the least rowdy paint scheme of any of my bikes, and Denti is a lesser known brand, but beneath the one color Azzurri blue paint, the frame has a number of nice details. Frame is made from Columbus SL, main tubes are Gilco and teardrop shape. It has fast back seat stays, and the seat stays themselves are like Popeye's forearms that bulge noticeably in the middle before tapering at each end. Fork crown and frame has a number of engraved ladybirds, the company logo, and some neat spear point lugs, through which the rear brake cable enters and exits as it routes through the top tube, which I've not seen before.
Built up with 10 speed Campag, semi compact 52/36 chainset, 28c tyres and chunky 3mm bar tape it makes for a really comfortable all day ride.
And as all my roadies run 10 speed Campag I borrowed the Zipp's from my Look to see what it looks like with some deeper rims, and it rocks the look pretty well

1987 Bianchi Brava rescued from a friend's garage. She was the original owner. It was originally going to be a build for my wife. It turned out to be too big for her, but the perfect size for me! 😁

Still have a few bits that need to be sorted out (fork steerer tube needs to be cut, need some 1.125" spacers so it doesn't look like a pencil neck geek, and something else that I forget), and it's a crappy picture, but I wanted to share where I am on this project. To paraphrase John's Vintage Bike Garage, it's a Chitalian - in this case an Italian frame & Chinese Sensah Empire group.

Just finished this build, the Daytona 10s is just superb, shifts crisper and more quite than my DA 7700 even though I went haram with a kmc chain

The frame’s not old by the standards of this place but has had its 21st and destined to be a classic according to my opinion. 2002-ish Merlin Extralight with Aussie-built Kenevans Max fork and 2015 Chorus 11-speed.

here's Wizard s/n 13, purchased in 1998 for 600 bucks, repainted by Brian Baylis, and equipped with Campy Chorus indexed shifting. I rode this bike for 20 years and sold the frame for 5x what I paid for it. don't think I ever had a bad ride on this bike ! it it was beautiful

My father-in-law up in the Sierra Nevadas used to race Bud Light Series triathlons back in the 80's. He'd beat the top contenders out of the water and he still remembers the whoosh sound of getting passed on the bike.
His 90s steel OS tubing Paramount (royal purple--64cm) was collecting dust so I convinced him to let me build it up with STIs to get him to ride it again. Originally it came with tri-color Shimano 53/44 x 13-23. He claims that he pushed his old racing Univega over the mountains with a 19t gear. I put a 12-34 rear cassette and Sensah 2x7 shifter/levers. I wrapped the bars with purple Deda Elementi tape and put on purple anodized end crimps. We did half of the old tri course around the lake and he held a good pace over the hills at the end.
I haven't reached my 10-post minimum so the photos will have to wait.

Tepusquet is amazing. We typically ride Foxen to Alisos and back through Los Alamos, but maybe I can convince the guys to ride up Tep on Saturday. I thought most of the Los Olivos guys went up Fig Mtn. That’s where I’d see Tejay van Garderen riding. That Paramount OS is a beautiful bike. Great build quality
