Lotus Super Pro Aero w/Dura Ace AX 57 cm

This bike has sold. This is a Lotus Super Pro Aero w/Dura Ace AX -- it is 57/58 cm (57 ctc). This cool aero tubing frame comes equipped with a full Dura Ace AX group set. At some point the wheels were rebuilt with Campagnolo Omega Rims. It has Dia Compe brake hoods. The front tire is an Avocet Fasgrip (amazingly in very good condition), the rear is a Continental. It does have the aero bottle cage, but no bottle. The pedals are very stiff. This bike is very nice (there are a few nicks in the paint, and the middle top tube cable guide has rust that does not seem to go beyond the guide), with little sign of having been ridden very much -- should someone want to ride it regularly a full servicing would be advised.

$800 net to me plus shipping at actual cost through Pirateship. I will pack this carefully at no additional cost. All proceeds benefit my local bike co-op.

This is nice.
I also have "aero" Raleigh Road Ace with a complete Shimano 600 AX group, but too large, is a 63 cm.
I am missing the brake lever hoods, there are some in Europe, but 50$ is too much.

Very cool - an extremely unique bike, and I think (by far) the best execution of this concept.

Very cool article, that AD looks beautiful! I'm surprised they could make such a light bike with 531 tubing

JulesCW Congrats on the quick sale! This was a neat bike, and I might have come down for it if winter hadn't already moved in.
