Do they work as they should? The original bolt/nut used two nuts in order to lock the tension in place so it wouldn't drift under use

I didn’t try them as they came on a frame I parted out.
I see what you mean about the two lock nuts. I might need to purchase the correct bar-con nuts and bolt for these.
