W.T.B: Steel Bars for English 3-speed
I'm trying to renew a '55 Elswick ladies' Light Roadster model, and the handlebars are rusted. The ends are 20", c-c. I am looking for a pair with no rust. I could use some grips, as well.

Hi. Thanks for responding. I think it is 24mm, but let me check tomorrow after I get the bars off.

Yeah, it is 24mm. It is North Road, raised. 50cm c-c. These are the best photos I have. I need a new camera, so can't take a close-up:
