What Colnago is this?
So I bought this Colnago off a friend. What can you tell me about it? It has Campy headset, bottom bracket, and seatpost binder bolt. Campy dropouts on frame and fork. Year? Model? Frame tubing? Thank you.

I'm guessing early to mid-'80's. It's not a Sprint (which I had until recently) since mine had a chrome chainstay and the chrome fork on mine had the cloverleaf on each side of the fork crown. Your frame does have chrome headlugs which mine didn't have.

Very few details mimic my '83 Superissimo and I'll guess this is older. I'm limited to just the one bike so defer to others whether '70s or even '60s.

WIth the under BB cable routing I'm guessing early 1980's. The one I had was from the mid 1970's and had the routing on the top of the BB.

Fork is unlike any Colnago I’ve seen and the BB shell is different . The head badging is different as well. Not sure on this one. Joe

My memory is a little sketchy on this, but Colnago was not the only manufacturer to use the clover/club. I should have kept better records over the years, but want to say it was a French or Belgian company that used a similar marking. Terryn or Martelli? I can’t remember.
Others have mentioned the lack of the clover/club cutout in the bottom bracket, and the absence of any markings on the fork crown. The crown style isn’t consistent with any others I’ve seen from that time period.
The driveside rear dropout shows the hole for the Portacatena, which was used between circa 1977 and maybe 1983. Colnagos manufactured during this time frame would have had the cutout under the bottom bracket, and most likely the fork crown would have been embossed with the Colnago logo.
Seat stay attachment is not consistent with Colnagos of this time frame. I would have expected to see either a fluted attachment, or an attachment embossed with Colnago.
There was a Colnago Sport, which was an entry level bike, but details are inconsistent with those I’ve seen.
What is the threading on the bottom bracket?

I had and sold this same model. Colnago Sport XL. It was confusing to me as well.
If the drop-outs didn't have colnago stamped in them, I would not have believed it.

Paging saarf
Have a look here if you haven’t already: https://saarf.london/2013/02/19/how-...-fake-colnago/
Martelly used a slightly different shaped clubs cutout, so I don’t think it’s that.
The two cable guides are a Colnago trait, but would have been easily copied.
I dunno, I’m probably leaning to a low end Colnago, but will defer to the experts.

Velo-Retro: Colnago Super Timeline
Probably not a super of any kind, even with the chrome head lugs.
1981
- Chain stay bridge is spool shape (no longer tube)
- Chain stays stamped COLNAGO on sides, long stiffening flutes inner-side of chain stays and right chain stay chromed
- Derailleur cable routing on underside of bottom bracket
