Edit 4/1 price drop (on facebook, offerup still $650), now $600 - https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/...089890778877/? also now listing Trek 660 for $600 which seems very steep?

seems to me that if measured correctly the seat tube on a "48cm" would be that in spite of the wheels being smaller diameter.
Likewise the fork blades would have to be smaller for a 650C wheel (or a "26" as the seller says) but not the head tube or steerer.
I may be off base thinking this (not the first time) but if I'm not missing something i do think that EROS frame is taller than 48cm

front end geometry can avoid the wheelbarrow steering.

I know the RX-100 stuff isn't as C7V as Record but, this group looks to be in exceptional shape.
not sure where the seller gets the idea wheels are 26inch. Those are clearly 700c

Same with the head tube. The top and down tubes would be close to touching for a small frame designed for 700c wheels. Smaller wheels means longer head tube.
26" and 650c used to be somewhat synonymous. I still have 26 x 1" tires that fit my 650c wheels with no problem.
As mentioned, using smaller wheels avoids toe overlap, at the expense of top-end gearing. Your 650c wheel will top out at a smaller gear than a 700c bike, all else being equal.
I'm a shorty at 5'4. I'm used to all this. My favorite rides are all on 650c frames.

Alert, alert, fair-condition Univega Gran Turismo with all the nice rack/fenders mounts. For the very tall. Ad says 62cm...but it looks maybe even taller. $300.

P.S. Looking at how high the seapost is jacked, the previous owner must have been huge!

If some C&Ver goes to check it out in person I'd love to see some close-up pics of that seat cluster from the back and sides!
I'd ask the seller myself to click me some but that would require a FB account!
Seller says: "Saddle is not original."...
no sh_t, Sherlock! get that into the bin, ASAP!

Look at the gap between the rear wheel and the seat tube. It's huge. No way is that a 700c wheel on that small a frame.

Never had much direct contact with road frames that run 26" or 650C (matching) wheels, maybe just a couple "Terry" style bikes with the single small front, "normal" rear.
I did seem the seller took pains to list the tires by brand and size, so that would have been a weird mistake to make, however most cannot use a tape measure on a bike frame to save a life!

you sure don't see Tim's bikes for sale very often, this seems a fair price assuming no damage or such.
