The color attracted me. Can't find much about Caloi bikes. I've heard of them but haven't ever seen one in person.
Tubing size looks like it might be aluminum?
I'm waiting on clearer pics and maybe the frame size, if the seller knows.

Brazilian brand. That one looks to me like aluminum frame, steel fork. Mid range, from the 90s. I’m sure someone has more specific info.

They show up on CL around here. Don't know who sold them.
Merckx made the best ones!

Caloi is a Brazilian brand name. West Coast Cycle Supply Company distributed this brand for a while in the 1970s.

Dorel Industries purchased the Brazilian company in 2013. Dorel also owned Pacific Cycle of Wisconsin and Cannondale. In October 2021 Dorel sold its bicycle division to a Netherlands company, Pon Holdings.

Yeah. I read that too. I haven't recieved any response from the seller so I have no idea of frame material or components.
I was hoping someone knew some tech specs or maybe had one at one time.

Look is similar to a Caloi C-4. Aluminum frame possibly by Cannondale.

Cannondale did private-label frames for L.L. Bean and possibly other mail-order catalog companies but not for other bike companies. (Easy to spot: U.S. Cannondales had smoothly ground welds.) Caloi had its own factory in Brazil.

Yes, you are correct that the Caloi frame could not be manufactured by Cannondale in Bedford, PA. Dorel Industries reduced most of the manufacturing at Bedford in 2009.

Dorel Industries did not purchase Caloi until 2013.

Certainly looks Al, they can do the magnet test for you. Seems complete and lightly used, from the fuzzy pics.
