Thanks for sharing this article , it proves once again that the Shimano STI was and is a far better concepted and working product than the Campy Ergopower, one more thing to add the dual pivot brakes from Campy from 1994 that were the Record and Chorus weren't better than the Shimano Dura Ace BR 7410 introduced back in 1991.

Really a curious article- the graphic theme is OK, the theme images outweigh the product pictures, mentions crank aesthetics but no image to reference, weighs each component in grams no less then uses ounces in the description below. Declares a winner on shifter feel but does not make a case. As I recall the Campagnolo ergo routes the cables back, the Shimano at the time had the cables exit athwartships.
