FS Eddy Merckx frameset
Hi Forum. This Eddy Merckx frameset is a bit of a fixer upper and it is not my size. It has some unique features though that may be of interest. Seat tube length is 52.5cm center to center. Tubing appears to be Columbus SLX, with helical ridges in the bottom of the seat tube and down tube (felt through BB shell).
Upon close inspection there is a ding on the top tube near the rear internal cable guide outlet (I circled the area in blue below). Please see photos for condition and please ask for additional measurements or photos.
I'd prefer a local sale (orange county, CA) but willing to ship if I can't find a local buyer in a week or so. Asking $250, buyer pays shipping costs.

Belgian builder perhaps? The lugs and such don’t really scream anything definitive...
What’s the threading? I assume it’s a 27.2, 126 OLd rear drops guy...
