Hey Seattlites, here's a good reason to drive to Marysville. I'd be in the car already if it weren't my wife's birthday!

They say it's in rough shape but... Trek 720 for $30?!

As mentioned that’s the cable guide for the shipmano derailleur. A Portacatena would be on the inside of the dropout

^^^^^ quote from ad for the Pinarello
"My daughter was about 7-10 years old when she was riding this bike." - That puts a smile on my face, I would definitely do a double take if I saw a 7 year old fly by on a Pinarello!

THis is kind of interesting. An older Trek MTB with Prestige MTB tubes. It's only $100 and been posted for a week or so in Pittsboro IN. Looks tall but would likely make a bullet proof tourer as a "dropbar conversion"

"Vintage 80s Trek MTB Tange Prestige Frame 800 series 60 cm Bike Bicycle Made in USA" this is the listing heading so copying and pasting might get you to it.

I don't think that is a 720, as I'm not seeing canti posts, unless I'm mistaken about the 720s. A 700? 710? Interesting to see stem mounted shifters on that bike.

The first year of 720s didn't have cantis, and this is the color scheme from that year (along with all the other 720 signs).
