Identify These Campy Downtube Shifters?

Hello-

I stumbled across these on eBay and am having a tough time figuring out what they are. They look like your normal Super Record shifters but have what appears to be concave washers and plain screws instead of d-rings. Any ideas?

these are later model post 1978

Catalog Ref #601 and 602

they do not look new despite the bag and I do not see the necessary spacers and bushings

Yeah, the sealed bag was throwing me for a loop. Now that you mention it I’m not seeing the bushing/washer that says “Patent Campagnolo” on it either.

BertoBerg looks like there are SOME parts in there but you should assume that the hardware kit is not complete
