How much did you pay for your road bike?

a tune-up for $123 is ridiculously cheap. I paid nearly 3X on my Bianchi. They thoroughly cleaned the entire bike, checked all the bearings, trued the wheels, replaced pads, dialed in the shifting, new Ultegra chain and replaced a GP 5000 on a spare rim with new sealant. May have to check out REI next time. Been a member for decades.

I found a bike that fit the sweet spot between what I could afford to pay and the features I wanted. Why does the specific number matter to anyone else?

And since the point of the thread was stirring the pot, it seems a good fit, OT.

It's called 'having a conversation'. To quote Succession "You don't have to say No Comment! Just don't comment.". What thought process led you to post that non-answer on the EIGHT page of the thread?

There are some trolls in here who deliberately continue to disrupt the topic, but this wasn't an attempt at trolling. @bbbean gave a legitimate answer, just in his own way.
Hoping that @BillyD will warn them.
Please explain, I'm not sure what you mean.

This thread is obviously out of gas. And some of you folks might want to curb the harassment.
