I wish !

I believe you are referring to Moran State Park …? … I was at Moraine State Park … 15 miles or so and just 500 ft elevation gain …

https://www.traillink.com/trail/mora...rk-bike-trail/

but often will include some of the area roads when doing this ride - makes a nice loop

.

Doh! My bad. But the ride you shared looks beautiful.

Now I need to get back to work on reading comprehension.

back from 3 days of varied riding in San Luis Obispo County. We quartered in Morro Bay, and rode around - Montana de Oro, Profumo - See Cyn to Avilla Bch & Avilla, Pismo and up in the wIne country of Templeton/San Rita Rd areas. Casual, taking in the sights, country and farms for very fresh berries, fruits and salad making produce!
Magical !

Top of Profumo-See Cyn ride to Avila Bch with Karen. Morro Rock in the Bay view, center of pic.

Montana de Oro - a Bay in the State Park

a short break in the ever present 'Marine Cloud Layer' on one day, A beautiful area, only a few hour drive from home...
Wonderful !
Ride On

The pelicans taking over the dock. They have been having a rough time finding food but I heard locally there has been a huge school of anchovies that have moved in.

This mom came over and was able to feed her. Sweet momma cow. Don’t know if her friend is 4H.

The baby goat was bounding around jumping and having a great time.

How now white cow

Yeah, it's about the time of year when fish rain from the sky.

Black Mesa from La Mesilla

I don't usually ride NM 399 in this direction - too many impatient drivers with dualie pickups live in La Mesilla. But on the Sundays of Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, I make an exception when many are either out of town, or relaxing and taking it easy. It's a nice ride.

Did a 76 mile climbing ride with 4 friends. Been a while since I've been this tired. But it's a good tired.
